If you’re a fan of dance, then you’ve probably heard the name Wade Robson; the name of a fantastic choreographer, director and music producer. Born in Australia in 1982, this 26 year-old has definitely made his mark on the dance world. At the age of 5, he was already a professional dancer and by the age of 12, a popular choreographer at Millennium Dance Complex. Not only has he directed music videos and world tours for N’Sync and Britney Spears, he’s also had his own MTV show named the Wade Robson Project and choreographed amazing routines and guest starred on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With The Stars. Robson has even received two Emmy awards for his choreography on SYTYCD; one for his Ramalama group routine and another for his Hummingbird and the Flower routine performed by Season 3 contestants Jamie and Hok. The following two videos are his Emmy winning routines:Ramalama routine, with Wade Robson!

With a resume as extensive as Wade Robson, it's no wonder that he's Collision's featured artist!

this man is beautiful...ugh i have a huge respect for him and what he does. He should choreograph everything. Simply put he is brilliant
ReplyDeleteWhile I love his stuff on SYTYCD(pretty much all amazing) I thought he should have kept his ego in check and NOT performed last year with the contestants in his Ramalama dance. It's like he was trying to upstage them all and I lost mucho respect for him. Still like his work, but not a fan of him as a person any longer. It was their moment, Wade, not yours. I was trying to watch the contestants, but your giant head and smug look kept getting in the way. Keep your butt in your seat and let the judges continue to kiss it. Bad move.
